WHO WE ARE
Active Start Childcare has had its roots in the Calgary area since 1991. Our 'sister centre,' Magic Mountain Daycares in Airdrie, have been voted 'Best Daycare in Airdrie' by City View readers since 2011. At Active Start Childcare, we're committed to providing that same level of quality of care to Calgary families with our accredited early education centres and balanced programming.

Our children are provided with a nutritious and delicious menu and a balance of child-initiated and teacher-directed activities.
Our qualified caregivers and instructors are sensitive and responsive to the unique needs and personalities of each child in their care.
We are inclusive of all, and dedicated to meeting the child care needs of the families we serve by offering a balanced program that encourages positive social, physical, intellectual, creative, emotional and self-concept growth and development.
